FAQ
Questions from buyers and sellers
What types of auction do you run?
Sealed-bid auctions, public on-site auctions, electronic auctions on our platform, hybrid auctions, and direct sales.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We are licensed by the government to organise public auctions, and hold FAL licences for real estate auctions (4200000473) and real estate brokerage (1200022893).
How do I take part in an auction?
Read the auction’s terms booklet, inspect the assets during the inspection window, then submit the entry deposit and your bid — in person or on the electronic platform, depending on the auction type.
When are results announced?
Awards are approved or rejected within three days of the envelope opening, and winners are then notified.
How long do I have to pay after winning?
Within 10 days of the award notice. If payment is 15 days late after a warning, the deposit cheque is forfeited and we negotiate with the next bidder or re-auction the item.
What happens to unsold assets?
We schedule a new auction for them within ninety days of the approval of the other sales.
